Our Story

Owners and sisters, Rita and Sara Amato grew up on the love for family crafted Italian recipes. The two sisters started helping at their family pizzerias, taking orders and trying new recipes at the age of 10. Rita and Sara were raised by parents who migrated to America in the 1980’s from Carini, Sicily. Sicily is a small island known for its culture and traditions, beautiful beaches, and most importantly, the food. After graduating with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, the sisters knew they wanted to continue the family tradition. With this, they were fortunate to take ownership of Francesco’s pizza and be able to continue their family’s journey. Rita and Sara’s overall goal is to incorporate their passion for food, tradition, and customer service to our family owned restaurant and serve the community of Manheim, PA.
